Rev. Krista McKeon leads this sacred crystal ceremony to cut cords that accumulate through our daily interactions with people, place, and things that can drain our energy and hold us back. This powerful session will help you leave behind that (or whom) no longer serves you and detaches your energy from theirs.
Bring your yoga at, blankets, pillow, and your intentions for this mponthly releasing and letting go ceremony. Space is limited to 15 participants.
